Open Orders from your account area. Each order shows its current fulfillment status, payment status, and the latest saved order details.

Wait a short moment, then refresh your orders before paying again. If money left your account but no order is confirmed, contact support with the payment reference.
Can I cancel an order?
If the order has not moved too far into fulfillment, contact support quickly. Include the order number and the reason so the team can review it with the seller.
How do returns work?

Admins review store identity, contact details, business information, and readiness. Make sure your seller request has clear contact and location details.
Why is my product not visible?
A product usually needs to be published, categorized, stocked, and connected to a sellable variant before buyers can reliably discover it.
How should I handle low stock?
Update stock from your product workspace. Low or out-of-stock variants may be flagged by admins because they can block orders or hurt buyer trust.
